You will be ordering an official transcript, which will reflect classes taken at Hawaiʻi Community College (Hawaiʻi CC) and classes from other institutions that were officially transferred to Hawaiʻi CC. Your transcript will not reflect classes taken at other University of Hawaiʻi (UH) institutions, unless those classes were officially transferred to Hawaiʻi CC.
Due to the recent events and precautionary efforts regarding COVID19. You may order online through the National Student Clearinghouse. We are asking individuals to limit walk-in traffic.
Financial Obligation/Account Hold: If you have a financial obligation or account hold within the UH System your order will be cancelled. You may resubmit your order once the account hold has been removed. Please contact the Business Office at (808) 934-2740 for assistance with financial obligations.
Fees and Processing Time: Standard processing time within 7 work days for $5.00 per transcript. Rush processing time is within 2 work days for $15.00 per transcript. There is an additional $2.50 convenience fee for online orders. Processing time does not include mail/delivery time. Allow an additional 5-7 days for transcripts mailed within the United States to be received.
Delivery Method: We are allowing in-person pick up for transcript orders; please provide a picture ID. Your transcript will state "Issued to Student." We will allow a third-party pick-up with signed written documentation from the student and the information of the individual designated to pick up the transcript. A picture ID and a letter are required. We ask that anyone arriving at the Manono campus for transcript pick up complete the UH system lumisight app before arriving.
Additionally, for everyone's safety, please wear a face mask. We also mail transcripts via USPS, and standard delivery times apply; please make the necessary arrangements to allow for mail delivery timelines. Please see the mail alert information due to COVID.
