The Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) shall provide the necessary guidance to organize and direct Hawai'i Community College's operation in the event of an emergency and/or civil defense action that may be necessary (University of Hawai'i APM A-9.700, Plan for Emergency and Civil Defense Events).
View the HawCC Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) for information on preparing for hurricanes, fires, bomb threats, and other natural and manmade disasters.
HawCC maps designate specific rally points for persons to evacuate to in cases of emergencies while on campus. Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs) are also identified by an "A" on the campus maps for those trained in CPR and AED usage.
