Counseling Corner- What's Happenin'

Counseling and support services are designed to help all students develop academic and personal skills in order to succeed in college. Support services are available for students who are low income, academically under prepared, displaced homemakers, and/or returning older nontraditional students. Individual and/or group counseling is provided by appointment or walk-in in the following areas:

Developed by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, these modules can help improve your study habits and gain strategies to overcome your challenges.  These online workshops can help you to develop skills and gain insightful information from the comfort of your home, on your own time.

Emergency Assistance

Counseling services are offered between 8:00am - 4:00pm, Mondays through Fridays (except holidays).

Emergencies or crises are handled as expediently as possible by an available counselor.
