Chancellor's Column: Preparing for a safe and successful return to campuses for Fall 2020

Aloha,

As Hawai‘i Community College looks forward to re-opening campuses this fall, the health and safety of our students, faculty, staff and community is our top priority. Without that, we cannot deliver the high-quality academic programs and services that will help students advance their lives through higher education and in turn contribute to the economic renewal we so badly need.

Aloha Esteemed Faculty and Lecturers,

I hope all of you are doing well and are ready to deploy your courses via distance learning. Spend this week reacquainting with your students and acquainting your students and yourself to the different modality of delivery. Please let your DC, Dean, or me know if there's anything you and/or your students need. We have resource people available to assist.
