On Saturday, March 25, 2017, Phi Theta Kappa’s Alpha Psi Epsilon chapter in Hilo conducted its formal Spring 2017 Induction Ceremonies. Vice President of Membership Charles Bauguess served as Induction Chairperson, and Chapter President Nicholas Eisen served as the Master of Ceremonies. English Lecturer Rebecca Jacobs delivered the keynote address.
