Student Conduct Code

The University of Hawaiʻi Executive Policy 7.208 Systemwide Student Conduct Code defines expected conduct for students and specifies those acts subject to University sanctions.  Students should familiarize themselves with the policy, since upon enrollment at Hawaiʻi CC, a student places themselves under the policies and regulations of the University and its duly constituted bodies. Disciplinary procedures are detailed in Hawaiʻi Community College’s Student Conduct Code Administrative Procedures, which are explained below.  These procedures are designed to afford certain procedural protection to any student alleged to have violated the policy.

Executive Policy 7.208 Systemwide Student Conduct Code replaces HAW 7.101 Student Conduct Code, effective October 15, 2019.

Questions regarding the Student Conduct Code and the related procedures may be directed to Dorinna Cortez, Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs,, (808) 934-2509
