The Pālamanui Café
The Palamanui Café is a casual counter service dining facility. The café is run by the first-year Culinary Arts students instructed by Chef Pfeiffer. The café menu ingredients are locally sourced, house-made brioche bun and sauces. We offer Blue Zone items, which concentrate on plant-based ingredients. Baked goods are produced by our Culinary Arts pastry students and consist of assorted cookies, artisan breads, classic cakes and pies. The café also features special menus on European classical in the fall and American/Pacific Cuisine in the spring semester.

Fall Semester: 11 a.m. - 12 noon, Tuesday and Wednesday, Limited Service Thursdays by Second-Year Students
Spring Semester: 9 a.m. - 12 noon, Tuesday and Wednesday, Limited Service Thursdays by Second-Year Students
Pālamanui Dining
Pālamanui Dining is a table service prix fixe menu that offers gourmet meals. It features a four-course meal prepared by the second-year students instructed by Chef Heerlein, and the dining service is run by the first-year culinary students. The meal is planned, sourced out and prepared by the second-year culinary students. 80 - 90% of our ingredients are locally sourced and seasonally based.
