evacuation policy

To provide a systematic procedure for assuring safe exit in case of an emergency and to account for all personnel.

Permanent Staff

Coordinator

   Office Manager
  Educational Specialist

Responsibilities:

Coordinator: Checks Testing Area, has all students and tutors evacuate the area through nearest exit. Coordinator also checks main lab area, Reading for students and tutors and exits through the front door.

Office Manager: Checks Mini-Classroom and offices towards rear exit and leaves through the rear exit.

Other Staff and Tutors: Assist students out of the Center from designated areas. If the Coordinator and Office Manager are not present, clear all students out of the center through nearest exit and meet other staff members at the designated meeting area.

 

Designated Meeting Area:

The Coordinator and Office Manager will meet on the lawn at the corner of the wall in front of The Learning Center.
