As a part of the resource allocation process, Hawai’i Community College has a structured approach where Programs and Units submit Resource Requests as part of their Annual Program/Unit or Comprehensive Review. These requests are for significant expenses that fall outside of general operating costs and are not included in the B-Budget request process.
