As a function of College Council, a College Climate Survey is disseminated annually in the spring semester. Initial results are posted here, but the survey is also analyzed by the College Climate Survey task force to identify patterns and areas that need to be addressed by the College.
For the 2018 results, the task force noted that areas of concern fell into three distinct groups: physical campus concerns (facilities); spiritual campus concerns (morale); and logistical concerns (communication).
In turn, the Vice Chancellor of Administrative Services continues to address the physical campus concerns, the Administrative team has been working to address morale, and the task force is in the process of developing communication protocols to promote and facilitate effective communication at the College.
