Computer Services, under the VCAA, provides Hawai'i CC faculty, staff, and students, with technical support and maintenance of the campus network(s), computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Computer Services is also responsible for consultation and approval related to ALL hardware and software purchases. The majority of Hawai'i CC offices, computer labs, and classrooms are equipped with desktop computer systems and peripheral devices which are connected to the University of Hawaii network/Internet. Requests for assistance should be submitted through the link found on this page and must be done ONLY through computers located on-campus. Emergencies and requests from off-campus should be reported to hcctechs@hawaii.edu or 808-934-2570.
