Refunds are permitted if the request is made at least two working days prior to the start of the class (unless otherwise stated). No refunds will be given without the two-day notice. 

Students registering by purchase order (P.O.#) will be billed regardless of non-attendance, unless notification of withdrawal is made by the specified refund deadline.  Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for refunds.  OCET reserves the right to cancel any course prior to the first class meeting and may substitute teachers as needed.
