Community engagement is at the heart of Kō’s mission. Signature programs such as Kō Community Conversations bring together community members, experts, and local leaders to discuss topics important to North Hawaiʻi. Our Community Concert Series celebrates the rich cultural heritage and artistic talent of the region by spotlighting local musicians and performers.
Kō Education Center also collaborates with community organizations, employers, and educational partners to create meaningful learning experiences and strengthen regional connections. Through partnerships with K–12 schools, students participate in career exploration activities, workshops, and hands-on experiences that inspire future educational and career pathway.
