If you intent to pay in full in advance, you must submit your payment + $300 security deposit to WLV by 7/1/06. If you wish to pay your rent month by month, you must submit your first
month's rent + $425 ($400 security deposit and non-refundable $25.00 processing
fee by 07/01/06. Thereafter, all students on the installment plan, shall
pay one month’s rent per the option selected on or before September
13, 2006, October 13, 2006 and November 13, 2006. Said Note will have
an interest rate of one percent (1%) per month, or (12% per annum) commencing
8/13/06, on the remaining balance and shall contain a provision for late
payment fees. Earlier arrival date and extension of departure date are payable on a per day basis as stated in the application. The application states the terms and deadline for payments for both the 2006 fall semester and 2007 spring semester. |

Hawaii Homestay: For more information or to apply, please contact Hawaii Homestay. www.hawaiihomestay.com Hawaii Homestay selects host families for international students enrolled at Hawai'i Community College. While living with American families, students have daily opportunities to practice English conversation and learn about the culture and lifestyle of people in Hawai'i. The homestay experience contributes significantly to the development of students' English proficiency so it is especially beneficial to students enrolled in the Intensive English Program at Hawai'i Community College. Host families provide private rooms and two meals a day for their students. They include students in family activities and interact with them daily. The Homestay Coordinator selects the family for each student, orients the student and the family and counsels them throughout the homestay. All fees are paid directly to Hawaii Homestay.
